I bought the CX-2 Ascension Pack, which was supposed to unlock additional free tiers. After purchasing the final tier, the pack disappeared completely. Only the character shards were auto-claimed—the rest of the rewards weren’t, and I didn’t even get the chance to manually claim them before the pack vanished.

Exactly same issue. I did well before player lock for GAC so I could get the “free omis’ and other mats, so the issue cascaded into other stuff. I hope we not only get the “Free Materials we missed” but also some sort of compensation #AmItooNaive? 😬😁
