Issue with Han Solo light speed bundle

I just bought the Han Silo lightspeed bundle on EA.com and something went wrong  as I did not receive the characters in the game.
But only a sort of crystal compensation which is not what I bought and far away from the value of the characters themselves.  
Can you please fix this problem and credit the content of the bundle?
