Issues with the in-game store

It's recently come to my attention that my in-game store is bugged so that I can't see new packs or datacards that cost crystals in the store. A few weeks back, I was wondering why I hadn't seen the relic packs that cost 500cr in over 4 months, when a guildmate of mine informed me that the packs were currently in store. Sure enough, they had all the packs, while my store was bone dry. In addition to this, I am unable to even see the normal chromium data card packs that should always be in the store. The ship packs for finalizer and raddus show up, but that is the extent of crystal packs that appear for me. I play on both the pc client and android, and neither of them had all the in-store contents that there should be. Has anyone else had this bug in the past and is there a way to fix it? I just want to be able to get relic mats again...
