items/ currency lost

Summarize your bug I collected some items from my inbox e.g. 980 guild event tokens from the territory battle special mission, after a few seconds my game crashed and the inbox is now empty but the currency is not on my account.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Good question..

I collected some items from my inbox e.g. 980 guild event tokens from the territory battle special mission, after a few seconds my game crashed and the inbox is now empty but the currency
is not there, my balance shows 194 guild event tokens. I have not spend them they are just gone.

EA support is not very helpful telling me it is not possible, bla bla bla. but it happen. Can you please investigate.

This is what support found and this look correct:

980 Territory Battle Currency.

But now I have only 194 (this what I had before the 980) and I have not spent them (screenshot attached).

Guild event tokens are only one example, I also lost guild currency and some other stuff which I shortly picked out of my inbox before the game crashed ☹️

    @mop3k Hey there and thanks for bringing this to our attention. I checked your account and confirmed that you were indeed missing the 980 Territory Battle Currency that you redeemed from the inbox on 15/06/2019. I've also checked the rest of the items you redeemed from the inbox around the same time and confirmed they had been added correctly to your account (those were the PvP rank rewards).
    Not quite sure what happened there but I will keep your case as an example if we get any additional reports. At the moment it looks like an isolated instance.

    The missing Territory Battle Currency has been added to your account now. My apologies for the inconvenience and please let us know if you run into any other issues.

    Sadly this is now the life for anyone using an older model iPhone, such as your iPhone 6s.

    I’m using an iPhone 6 Plus and I can’t remember how many times my game has crashed since the latest QoL update (which was when this bug emerged)

    My hAAT raid ALWAYS crashes in P4... I experience multiple crashes during TWs and GAs (mid-battle causing me to lose banners) and I even experienced a crash in the Darth Revan event (luckily it didn’t cause shards to vanish)

    This is just something you have to accept... CG will not be fixing this “crash bug” - they don’t even recognize it exists... and if something doesn’t exist - well, then there is no bug to fix... only way to get rid of this problem, is to buy a newer model iPhone (iPhone X)

    CG doesn’t even respond to reports about these types of crashes anymore, as they don’t see this as a bug, but more of a “it’s your own fault” kinda thing

    I could live with a crash but when currencies and  or items get lost they should at least compensate.

    EA tried to close my support ticket without any investigation and it should be easy to see when checking some logs that there is something not correct.

    Still hoping to get some official response or a support person willing to check on this.

    @mop3k Hi thanks for the report! The QV Support who can investigate for you don’t work over the weekends. Please check back tomorrow and see if they can assist you!

    EA support keeps closing my ticket without investigation. Maybe someone here will have a look.

    this is the most worst support I ever got.

    @CG_MindTricks Thank you so much!! I got the guild event tokens and you are probably right about the arena rewards. I still believe I miss guild currency from the rancor rewards i collected the same time but let's not be to fussy.

    @mop3k I just double checked the Guild Currency and you are correct. You were missing 830 Guild Currency as well. My sincere apologies as I've only checked the PvP and TB rewards the first time. We've now added the missing Guild Currency as well and some extra Crystals as an apology.
