iTunes Gift card Redemption

Spent 50$ on a ITunes gift card and never received my crystals or character shards, literally was the only reason I bought the gift card to begin with very upsetting, would love a fix for this

Endless loading
Sector 1 in GC hard mode, about 2/3 the way through against Pirates. It just keeps loading, so I have to restart the game and it takes my stamina. I lost 60 stamina thus far.
