Jabba Ultimate Ability Issue

This question has been asked by others here, but I have not been able to find a resolution. I completed the galactic ascension for Jabba the Hutt, however the app stopped recording the tokens with 4/12 complete. I can't continue to earn tokens or anything. In-game support for this issue was essentially worthless so I am seeing if there are any other resources available. Attached are screenshots hopefully explaining the issue. Any support anyone else can give would be greatly appreciated. I gave up trying in-game support back in July and finally decided to try and find a answer again.  Thanks in advance.

    @jeremychar101 Ability materials can be shared between all GLs. You need to complete Rey's journey to collect all available materials.

    Thank you for the replyy. This does bring up another issue. My GL Rey shows as having the Ultimate ability achieved although I know I did not complete that journey. Do I need to finish this journey with Rey and then both will be corrected? In the future should i just work towards one Gl at a time to prevent this from happening again? Thanks for the assist.
