Having the same issue. Shield Generator only generating 10 stacks of Plasma Shielding. Not receiving the additional 5 stacks per event description. Can't get through Tier 1, I have R7 Gungans.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just go to tier 4, and let the team get wiped out before it starts.
