Jawa Lightspeed Bundle Purchase failed

Hello,

I purchased today two LSB Bundles, one for Jawas and one for Tusken.

The Tusken one worked like a charm, however the Jawas did not make it to my inbox, instead I got a bunch of crystals.
I already tried to create an in-game ticket, but the help just sent me in loops without ever reaching a chat or a possibility to create a ticket.

Can somebody help me get my Jawa characters, please?
