Jedi Knight Revan LSB WILL NOT appear

Hi

Tried to buy this over Xmas and it got stuck , was advised by Gunner to wait for it "Once the server receives the cancellation confirmation, the bundle should pop-up again."

Well the bundle is now available to purchase again for everyone... apart from me... 

Please can someone kick this bloomin' server so I can spend some money on the game?!

I don't have the characters, I would like to have them please and thanks
