We are still investigating, but haven't been able to identify a common cause for the crashes yet. We continue with our investigation and thank you all for the reports so far!

Same issue as the other players here, game crashes in Tier I of Kenobi event, meaning lost tickets. I've tried to talk to customer support and it's been quite disheartening. Will we be able to be reimbursed for these crashes?
