Jedi Master Kenobi event crash report investigation (log request)

Platform: iOS 14.7.1, iPhone 11
Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!): 2021-10-23 12:08:38 (UTC+8) and 2021-10-23 12:15:45 (UTC+8)
Device logs: The ips file is not supported to be uploaded. You should test your forum feature before you ask for a carsh log buddy, classic EA sh*t. Have you guys ever used your own products? But don't worry, I transformed it to log file myself, you're welcome.
Any additional details: I've tried tier 1 event 3 times so far and the game crashed in 2 of them. Both happened when I used Cody's special ability.

BTW, how long can you fix it? I see folks started to report it since March but you just leave it alone. My game progress is blocked by it already. And it seems that you guys are not gonna to refund any Light Side tickets used, really funny. Players pay you money and you steal things from them in return huh?
