SWGOH Conquest level 2 easy mode

At the 3rd encounter, my chr$ are all 85th lvl and ranging relic 6-10, and yet it encountered NPCs 60th lvl, no relic power, and they defeated me and lasted through the match, while taking no lethal damage, they're immune?  This makes no sense at all. must be a huge glitch. I expended good resources, while doing nothing and not progressing. please get in touch with me ASAP!
