Platform: Android Galaxy S10

Date and Time:

12/16 - ~8:00pm CST

12/17 - ~8:00pm CST

12/18 - ~4:05pm CST

Crashed on opening cut scene of Tier 1 of Kenobi event 3 out of 6 attempts. I'm afraid to attempt the even as there is a 50% chance that it will crash and lose my tickets... Any way to get the tickets back or Kenobi shards?
