Lightspeed Bundle not Recieved

I recently bought a $30 lightspeed bundle on the webstore and when i claimed the offer in my inbox i received no characters. Any help on what to do I have contacted support through the game but reviews i’ve read haven’t been the greatest regarding the AI chat bot. Any help would be amazing.
