Dear support team,

I also encountered the same problem. Concretely, In tier 1 of JMK event, by the middle of the battle (it was completely fine until then), the mobile made a loud noise and the game crashed and quit suddenly. I could restart it right after, but the battle counted as done already (tickets were consumed).

Platform: Android 10

Date/time of the crash: 19 December at 23:47 CET

I can't attach any device logs currently
