  • Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!): 6:56 am UTC +1
  • Device logs (a guide on how to get the logs can be found HERE): guide not helpful to find relevant part
  • Any additional details: game crashed in the middle of tier 1 fight of JMK event

  • 12h hours later, the same crash happened again. another 15 Tickets wasted. device and game newly started prior to attempt.
