Summarize your bug: The JMK event repeatedly crashes without warning. It's happened 3 times in Phase 1 so far out of 10 attempts -- that's 45 tickets lost and a 30% crash rate (> see report for previous crashes). For an event that's already taken multiple years to unlock, this is incredibly frustrating. The issue isn't even on the Trello board for bugs being worked on. In the absence of a solution, can players who lose tickets due to poor development at least get them back?
