I had the same issue and I was told to post about it in the community forum for a resolution. It's a really strange refund process if that's the case. I don't understand how posting about it in the forum would move along the process more than opening a ticket.... has anyone been compensated thus far?

I paid with PayPal and I opened a case with them and following their claim process. The EA team told me to wait. They didn’t say anything about posting to the forums.
