    @hsof777 JTR is gaining Mastery thanks to Rey's leadership everytime someone on your squad gains bonus turn meter (likely Fives in a GAS squad). JTR has Evasion as one of her Mastery stats. You are increasing her chances to evade every time you gain bonus turn meter. This is working as designed, and can reach a point where it is nearly impossible to hit her.
