JKC Seemingly Preventing Revives in TW While Not Leader

Hi all,

We're finishing up our TW, so I threw JML/JKL/JKC/JKR/Hoda at an oPoggle team. Something prevented the geos from reviving under oPoggle. I have the JKC lead omicron applied, and that's the only thing I can find across the kits that might be preventing their revives (Though obviously it shouldn't be activating in TW, or while someone else is in lead).
