Journey guide missing shards

About 3 days ago I finished all the darth revan mission to get all the shards but on one of them my game crashed and when I loaded the game back up it said the mission was done and I can’t get the rewards so I assumed that I got them till I did the last one, now I’m stuck with 275/330 and can’t get him. To add I tried the ingame help and seem to have gotten I where, also tried to the online EA “chat with us” and basically got told it’s not there problem and go back to the ingame help which I haven’t received anything since the AI told me to give additional and someone will help but haven’t got any.
