Kessel Run Issues

What’s being done to address Kessel Run events that don’t trigger? I’m on my third day of not being able to trigger the log into game event. That’s 300 missed energy during double drops. I’ve been back and forth with Customer Service and still nothing. It’s as if they have no understanding of what’s going on in this game. Are the developers aware of the issue? How about tweaking the code so that if the complete all daily’s event triggers, the log into game one triggers too?
