As soon as I get Jocasta Nu down to zero health she immediately gets 100% health and KO’s my team. This is happening every single time now.

I have lost with that and rng have some people survive. I imagine the other clone troopers that get added will make it so you clear her fast enough she doesn't get that off. or one of them will have a way to save you from it.
Here is the messed up thing.... With R9 Appo and CX-2 you can beat tier 6 but cannot beat tiers 3 and 4?!?!?!

with r9 appo you could solo 3* tier 3.
with r9 appo and cx-2 you can beat 4-6 its just alot of rng.
