Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wait for raid to end before trying to collect personal rewards. Might need to start a new raid as well for bug to occur.

I finished my Krayt dragon attempts yesterday just a couple of hours before it ended, but I didn't have time to play for long, so I quickly got in my score, for a total of about 430 000 damage, I should be able to collect the first 4 rewards in the personal track.
When I logged in later that day, we had already started the next raid, and I'm not able to collect my personal rewards, then I thought maybe it will come in the inbox? but no, nothing yet.. Yes, I know I should have claimed it earlier, but I didn't have time or think of it.
