*snip* I am still looking for answer on why i spent money and did not receive the LS token that i bought, I am open to explanations and solutions but i bought an item and did not receive it,
*snip* How do i now escalate this? I have been patient in waiting for a response and not one shred of decency in responding? Is this how the playing base is treated?

Nearly 3 weeks, tagged lots, not one reply. Isnt it fraud if you buy something and get something else?
*snip* I am going to tag everyone, every day until someone can tell me why i spent money on an item and did not receive the item and justify why no response is ok
Now i am really really starting to get annoyed. Let me put this way,
- mentioned it here and hoped for a reply. hee haw.
- 2. Went to EA help, kept closing a case without telling me why or what
- Waited on EA help and then kept getting told my case wouldnt be 'reflected' because i had to report in game but that is no longer there, Asked many times how i could escalate and i was being very polite and they ended my comms with them. As i work in insurance that was a very indian call centre approach to difficult conversations.
I am utterly disappointed with the interaction of this incident, it could have been resolved in one two chats but its now gone to i hate EA
