Unable to access Arena Battles

When I select Arena Battle, I get a popup saying:

"Event Complete
Grand Arena rewards will be sent to your inbox when the final round results are received."

When I click on the OK button to close it, I'm taken to the Grand Arena review screen with no way to actually get to the Arena Battle screen to do my dailies.

Each time I try, it loops back to the same thing and never let's me get to Arena Battles.

I've already gotten the results and rewards in my inbox for this round, but with the popup loop, I can't access the Arena Battle area.  Two separate aspects of the game, but one is preventing me from getting to the other.
