Kylo and Rey lightspeed bundles

Can't buy both bundles, always give an error message. Saying I should make sure i'm connected and billing is activated. Anyone else got that issue?

I really like the game, I'm a late join. So I buy all the lightspeed I can get. Those are two good one and I can't buy them.
