Latest update 01-03-23 - Terrible performance

With this latest update I've suddenly had terrible performance issues. The menu and UI is extremely laggy, my device is showing I'm seeing 6-9fps in some instances.  I've reinstalled the game to see...

Incredibly slow load times and game goes to sleep mode on auto play. I’m on iPad Pro strong Wi-Fi cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Problem has been since I updated iOS.
