Leia LSB won’t show up in shop or webstore

I have been waiting for the Leia lsb and checked on the 23rd when it was supposed to release and it was not in the shop or webstore and still has not shown up. The Malgus, Ben and GG lsbs are available to purchase so I don’t think it is due to my accounts date of birth. Any ideas or ways to fix this?
