Leviathan 1250 crystal pack is not appearing in Store!

I am having the same issue. Unlocked the leviathan earlier today, but the packs never appeared. I figured the would appear once I completed the sims, but still nothing

EA QV TeamI assume you rebooted the game after unlocking the ship as well? Sometimes the store needs to refresh
I have restarted the game several times. After the unlock.
Yes, I have closed the app and it still wasn’t there. I unlocked the ship after the most recent store refresh. I will check again in a few hours when the store refreshes again.
Yes. I deinstalled it. But after reinstalling still no packs in the shop.
