Leviathan Event and now Episode pass+

Been having fun, banging my head against the wall on the other side of the help button on SWGoH! I’ve had the requirements for the Leviathan event two times now been on the journey before during and after the event and it won’t load for me. And now I purchased the episode pass+ and didn’t get the shards for star killer Luke. At least I know I should have 20 more of them than I have. Is there any way to get actual help?

You have to enter the Leviathan event through the Journey Guide the first time.

Hmmm...I wonder if you have to clear your cache and then restart the journey.

I reloaded the game, I left and rejoined the journey. I even went as far as to purchase a Leviathan pack to see if that would jumpstart it somehow-nothing worked.
