Leviathan ultimate missing buttons bug

GameplayHow often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Summarize your bug Bug from today in fleet arena. Fighting a Leviathan mirror, the same opponent each time. His Levi 7*, mine 6* if that helps. As soon as (faster) enemy Leviathan uses ultimate, the action buttons disappear. I cann9t make any actions and have to wait for time out. Nothing works, auto- battle button on top menu is there and activates but nothing happens. After time reaches 0:00 nothing happens, just stays on battle screen. Forfeit triggers loading icon but nothing else happens. This has happened 3 times in a row after force closing the game. Everytime after enemy Levi uses ultimate. Happened to me in GAC today. Buttons disappeared. Timer ran out. Match just hung there at zero seconds. Lost my progress. Lost my GAC match as a result. Thanks CG.

This can happen for a variety of reasons but is usually the result of a battle crash. We explained it a while ago&nbsp;HERE. If you see this more often, please follow our troubleshooting steps from&nbsp;this article.
Please do not disconnect your internet connection or use flight mode for the battles.

Your response is not very helpful. &nbsp;I have gone through the steps to diagnose my device. Reboots, wifi reset, etc all done. &nbsp;The internet is stable, no aeroplane mode used, etc. &nbsp; All other game modes work fine, only the fleet arena has a glitch, as I have already explained yesterday. &nbsp;It's not a random glitch as is referenced in your generic response, the game loses action buttons always after the same game event. &nbsp;I have just done a battle today, the same situation repeated again exactly as before.Event: Enemy Leviathan uses ultimate ability in a mirror matchResult: all bottom row action buttons disappear and timer runs out in the battle but nothing happens.&nbsp;No action is possible until game is force closedI would appreciate some proactive activity to resolve this, not some copy-paste auto-responder. It's the least you can do for the time I put in to help you resolve buggy software in your game by providing detailed feedback. &nbsp;I'm not even asking compensation crystals for not being able to climb on fleet arena. Just fix the problem in the game or tell me what steps to take.

@EA_Gunner adding to this again in an attempt to help you solve the issue. I have now tested this on a different device. The same error repeats exactly as described in my original post.

Not sure if it's due to an update or something else, but recently the error causing the buttons to disappear has not appeared over the last few days. &nbsp;I've made no changes to my device recently. As far as I'm concerned, this bug report is closed.
