Light Speed Bundle issue

Hey!

I’m having an issue that seems to have plagued others before, but didn’t see a definitive answer for how to fix it.

Went to purchase the two SEE light speed bundles. First one went through fine, second one asked me to verify my card. I accidentally closed out of the game while trying to get to my wallet and now the bundle is gone from my store page and I don’t have the characters.

This was specifically for the relic 7 pack. I’d love to get those characters if at all possible!
