To my knowledge, CG/EA typically doesn't work over the weekend unless there's a major, game-wide issue. But don't worry—based on the history on this forum, they should send you the bundle. I'm also dealing with the same issue right now, along with over 50 other posts reporting it. It might just take a little time.

I've got the same issue. Instead of Tuskens they sent me 2000crystals. And their reply was "Óh I see you got crystals"and they stopped reply after it. So are they scammers now?
