Lightspeed bundle troubles

I went to the store today and saw that the BB8 lightspeed bundle was available for purchase, so i hit the purchase button and got a “bad connection” pop up, so i hit cancel. when i tried to purchase it again it said i had reached the purchase limit and couldn’t buy it, and so i restarted the app and now it isn’t available in the shop and i never paid or got any rewards.
