Lightspeed bundles purchase error

Summarize your bug Hello, I tried to buy last saturday (07/12/2024) the tusken and jawa lightspeed bundle. When i procceded it displayed an error, i tried 4 times but nothing. around an hour after i did get charged the money from my bank account and received crystal in game, which was not what i bought. I did some searches and saw that many people had the same and that it worked on the in-game store, where i bought the 2 packs thiis week. If i could get reimbursed or compensate for these 4 purchases that did not correspond to what I wanted it will be kind of you. Thank you for your understanding and have a good day

  • @zux0gbfhnmn8 I see 6 purchases in total for Jawa and Tusken LSBs. Have you contacted EA Help? If now, contact them within the game and request a refund, please

    Hello, yes indeed the first 4 purchases from the web store went in error and yet i was still charged. The last 2 from the in game store worked.

    I have contacted the support via the game lats week-end but had no answer, i retried earlier this week but still no answer.
