I purchased the kyber Tank lightspeed token. I used it on the gungan phalanx, it became R5, but let mesa help it stayed at level 6, it didn't raise it to 7. I wouldn't have bought it that way. Please...

That is because level 7 contains a zeta or an omicron ability, and you cant upgrade to those abilities with lightspeed tokens. It will default to the ability level below the zeta ability.
