Loading screen

When i try to see the price on aney packs like light speed kylo ren pack, the screen froze and it just start to load and it froze, i also can't see the price and i can't buy the pack.

It only happens when i look at the pack, i open it, press "see price" and it freez.
I reintalled the game on my phone and is still not working.

We have an article with some steps that will hopefully help solve your freezing issue. Is it only happening when you look at packs, or do other options/menus cause it to freeze as well?
