Loaned characters for coliseum stuck at level 32.

Hi everyone im encountering an issue where the calendar that is supposed lvl up the loaned units once a day is stuck on day 4 for me and isnt giving me lvls. This is causing my coliseum progress to go down the drain. In addition both of my friends who i got back into the game started back up with lvl 52 loaned units and it feels like ive been duped. Is there a solve for this issue?
