Loaned units

I have claimed all but the last 2 loaned units upgrade tokens in the calendar, all three episode passes, two of the money pack ones and yet I’m still not even level 90. Why?

can't connect since today's update
Hi, I can no longer launch the game on PC since today's update unless I disconnect from my VPN. The launcher works, but not the game. Please fix this.
