Log in Issues for Store

So, long/short, EA has me log in multiple ways to get an actual log in for my account. Now to the deep explanation. 

Every time I log into my EA account, it does not allow me to use my email address and says that it doesn't exist. So the second option is using my linked account, which is usually my Google account which shares the same email. Once I do that, it asks me to update my email address and sends me an auth code to the email that's already linked. Once logged in, everything in my profile shows good, including my email address. Once logged out, I have to do the same thing over again to regain access. With the SWGOH store, there is no log in option for linked accounts, so I am effectively locked out. I used to be able to log into the EA website and the credential would allow me access, but no longer. I have tried opening a case with EA about this, but I'm not really sure what keeps happening with that.
