Logging in to Website (AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN...)
I'm attempting to ascertain the purpose of the checkbox during login that says something to the effect of "Remember me on this device," or "Keep me logged in on this device," or whatever it says. It clearly doesn't work, because multiple times a week I have to go through the whole *snip* login AND verification process over and over again. It isn't remembering me (and before someone suggests it, NO I'm not clearing my cookies every day or something like that which could affect it). It just DOESN'T WORK. The time wasted logging in all the time when I've saved my info to NOT HAVE TO is getting to the point of being billable to EA. Sill someone please fix this? I realize that it's difficult devoting resources to fixing something that won't line your pockets with my children's "basic necessities" money, but if I have to keep logging in every time, I'll stop going there, and I can't spend money if I'm not there.
Oh yeah, and before I forget, don't bother directing me to the "trouble logging in" thread that's pinned at the top of this subforum. I've read it all, and it has NOTHING to do with this issue whatsoever.
