EA QV TeamThis is working as designed. The part with "Whenever a debuffed Dark Side ally takes damage, Lord Vader gains 2% Ultimate Charge, increased to 3% if that ally was an Unaligned Force User." comes from Lord Vader's leader ability "My New Empire". If Lord Vader is not the leader, he gains Ultimate Charge only when he uses Dark Harbinger.
I will ask the team to adjust the ability description.
That verbiage is in his Ultimate Ability verbiage. I guess it's in both places so was a bit confusing. thanks for the clarification.
