Losing because of bugs

I've experienced a problem a few times over the years. Now it costed me grand arena. Slkr with rey vs jabba, easy match. Timed out because it won't let me take a turn(the skills dont come up). Even after it timed out it was just sat at 0:00. The match didn't end so I had to back out... Hope this is an issue that can be fixed in the future.
