Loss of buttons in the middle of a fight

Hi,

First fight of my third round of GAC, I was playing Bo led Mandalorians against Gungans, got the shield down, then at one point, targeted Tarpals with Bo (Mandalore) basic, I think he retaliated (not sure), then he disappeared, and I lost all control buttons (see video in link https://youtu.be/VtDnBlQUMKc?si=zk9lVORfI2ENpt2B). The same thing happened to a guild mate in reverse when he was using Gungans against a Baylan squad last week, Tarpals disappeared, and he lost all control buttons. My ally code is 823948776
