Bought the 12 card pull and was at 69/85. Didn't have enough crystals to buy more pulls so bought a vault. Then bought 3 single card pulls and got enough to go 88/85. Went to promote him to 6 star and the game said it failed to promote. Did all the force close, restart phone, etc and when logging back in, now I'm at 63/85 and missing the crystals I spent on the 3 x 1299 pulls. Communicating with EA but they are clueless. Any help @meathead

Really getting worried about what to do as it's about to go to day 2 of the event and I'll miss out on the 6 star tier which means I'll be short, even if you restore my missing 25 shards
Well, ran out of time so I had to purchase 4 more of the single card pulls at 1299 crystals to get him to 6 star so I can keep pace to maximize the era battle. So, if I could be reimbursed for that and then you don't have to worry about fixing the shard count
There's got to be a better process to resolve issues like this. I've spent way too much real money on this game
