Lost Access to Account

Question

I've been playing my account on PC using my EA Connect login. I tried to log into it on my mobile device yesterday, but it looks like I did the steps incorrectly. The account is no longer available, and when I log in on PC using my EA Connect account, it's a brand new level 2 account. I've tried different iOS/google accounts, but none of them are linked to the account I'm looking for. Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I can take to find the account, or is it possible for someone to link it back to my EA Connect account?

Ally code is 676-734-595, and I'm happy to provide any additional information if needed.

In Game support states they're unable to change account linking, so bumping this as a last ditch effort to see if the account is recoverable. I've tried the different email addresses/accounts I can think of, and can't seem to find it anywhere.
