I have tried everything. Clear cache, data for both SWGOH, and Google Play. Reset the phone. Switched accounts. And I still do not have the option to connect. It only starts me as a new player. Even had the patience to play a little. Got up to level 30 and never even had the option to change my player name away from "Dace Joy"

Super frustrating because I am the Leader in my guild, and I am missing out on a lot of things. Been almost a full 24hrs now
