Got unclaimed rewards, missing raid and conquest. Just a little heads up on when we'll be able to get back on would make me feel a little better

Allready second time same issue in last two months. Last time lost 3 days of rewards untill i was able to connect in to the game. Now again same issue since yesterday no answer from EA HELP, nothing.
