The swgoh game loads but can not read data from Google play. Swgoh forces me to start as a brand new player. Google play data shows up on other games though so wondering if it is an EA connectivity issue?

I have the same issue never seen the event. I finally just bought enough crystal to unlock it. But still the event doesn't show up.
